Free shipping on every order
Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 2–4 weeks after shipping, depending on your location. Holidays and peak seasons may add a few days.

Customs, duties and taxes
Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may be charged by your local customs office when your order arrives. These charges are set by customs and are not included in our prices.

Lost or delayed orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days after shipping, contact us and you'll be eligible for a full refund.

Wrong address
Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours and we'll update it before your order ships.
